How do you motivate yourself to train day to day?
Sometimes the race you're training for seems a long way away and the day-to-day motivation to train is hard. Sometimes I just want to laze in bed with these guys...
I organise things with other people, so I don't have a choice (like today - I'm running with friends). And I get up, put my kit on and leave the house, no matter how I feel. If I still feel deathly after that, I don't train, but that rarely happens. By that point I've remembered that training solves most problems..
Anyway, the doorbell just went - I'm off!
